Parts to repair broken hardware on awning window

Hello ~
I have a broken awning window for which I hope you can provide replacement parts. It is a WeatherShield 8204 Aluminum Clad Awning, installed in 2008. The window was yanked upward when partway open, twisting the operator arms and pulling the guide bar off the awning's interior wood frame. The frame is 45"W x 15"H, the operator is 24"L, and the guide bar is 26"L. The frame and hinges on each side seem to be okay.
I think I need:
- One Guide Bar (26")
- One Operator (24")
- Two Shoe Studs
- Two Quick Release Clips
- One Operating Cover
IF there are color options for the interior portion of the Operator, I'd want bronze. If there are options for the Operating Cover I'd want wood.
What do you think?

Thinking I should probably get a new handle for the operator. The old one isn't broken but we might get a better color match or gear fit with a new one for your part #39-348? I think that means I want to add #39-205 (in bronze)?
Now, should I go through you to place an order or prefer I use a portal or phone or -- ?
