Holes didn't aligned with existing holes in window frame

some background info. I had orderreed item 39-054 a right handed window opener and when we tried to intall it the holes did notline up with the holes in the window frame. A replacement for the other set of windows was ordered in 2017 from Barton Kramer Inc (?) It was a bronze Right hand awning window operator #292B 25/8 in.for Anderson Window

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this but we'll need more information to see if we have a comparable option. Can you show us an undamaged operator removed from the window and linkage? We'd like to see clear photos of the top and bottom installation tabs, as well as the link arm. We should be able to narrow down some options from those details.
