Patent number 5.353.548 coil balances

Photo 1 shows the broken housing of the coil balance. There is patent number 5.353.548 on the housing. The upper part of the housing is broken and hence the top coil is separated from the bottom one. The other photo shows the intact coil balance on the other side of the window. It looks 15-087 is the right part, but I just like to make sure.

Hello! The bottom pivot housing is our 15-087, but the top would be our 15-086. I feel pretty confident that these parts will work for you.

That patent number appears to match the one shared above. Have you looked over the hardware I suggested to that customer back in 2020? If not, that should be your next step. If those parts differ in any way, though, we will require clear photos of the original parts in order to proceed.
