It's incredibly difficult to identify the hardware you need without the old parts to use as a reference. I'll do my best, but we need precise and written dimensions for both the mortise lock and handle set.

For both parts, I need the distance between the installation holes, measured from the center of each hole. Do not include the middle holes, just the outer most installation holes.

For the mortise in particular, I also need the full length and width of the large oval hole.

Please make sure these dimensions are written out in your response and as precise as you can manage. A photo of a tape measure or other measuring implement will not be sufficient.
