Hello, I recently removed my sliding glass patio door that was very difficult to open/close and realized that one of the roller mechanisms had broken (one of the rollers had broken off, the ball bearings in the rollers were coming out, etc.). The only markings I could find on the mechanism were the following:

I contacted the manufacturer directly and he advised me to reach out to you. Is there any chance you can identify the correct replacement mechanism?
