Thanks for writing in! We do not carry an exact replacement for your existing handle set but our 82-030 should work well as a suitable replacement. Although, I would suggest double checking the dimension for the distance between the installation hole spacing.

Since your thumb lever interacts with the mortise lock from the center of the handle, our replacement handle set should be compatible with the existing mortise lock.
