Patio Door Handle

Need a replacement door handle which comes in two parts - inside and outside pieces. The inside part with the lock is marked 'DNS IND. MIAMI FLA." The handle locks by flipping up a plastic switch which is supposed to cause the flange to grip the frame of the doorway. The plastic piece inside the handle is broken and the plastic switch does nothing. The distance between the mounting holes is 4 7/8". The wooden handle is attached to the metal part of the handle by two screws that are 4 7/8" apart. Although the current handle is wood in an oak stain, I wouldn't mind any other color or, if possible, could reuse my existing wood handle.
