Patio Door Handle

The handle broke on our patio door and we haven't been able to find a replacement that fits and matches. I don't know the manufacturer of the door. It was installed by Minnesota Rusco in 2002. I contacted them and they didn't have the handle and parts in the color we need. I think both the handle and the inside mechanism are broke. I've attached a picture of the handle that is broken (where the screws attach is broken off) and the mechanism that I think also needs to be replaced. The screw holes on the handle are 5" apart. The inside mechanism is about 6-3/4" long. The other side of the handle is still attached to the door (with an inside mechanism we bought online but doesn't work). I've also attached a picture of the sticker on the inside of the frame, but part of it has ripped off. On the paperwork I have it looks like the color of the door is "Earth tone"? It's a beige/cream color. Hoping you have what we need!
