Patio Door Handle

Thanks for posting. Is the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole, 3-15/16"? And is the outside key lock closer to the bottom screw hole, rather than centered between the holes? If so, our 82-030B or 82-086 could work as replacements. See what you think.
