Patio Door Handle No Longer Locking

Question

As I said in the title, it's no longer locking. Also a little wiggly too. I'd just like to replace the whole thing to make it easier and look new.

Thanks for posting. The mortise lock looks like the 82-227. Please compare. For the handle set, this exact style is no longer made, but options like the 82-030, 82-020, or 82-032 will all work as replacements. See what you think.
