The 82-082 doesn't come with a key lock but it is compatible with one. We recommend the 82-310, which is sold separately. The outer handle that the assembly comes with has a hole that you can punch out where the key lock would fit. Take a look and thanks for posting. 

Sure, take a look at the video below. You don't need the housing shown in the video but the general installation and removal of the punch out in the external handle would be the same.
