Patio Door Handle W Key lock

A home owner from Oregon says:
I have an old patio door in a condo built in 1982. The handle works great except for the little plastic gear inside the lever handle that broke. This is the part where the long metal extension from the key lock inserts into the lever side. As you turn the lock the long metal piece turns inside the lever side and causes the locking handle to go up or down. I just need to get the side with the lever. I'm uploading pictures. Would this handle work? I've measured the screw holes and they are 4 15/16" like shown in the picture. I just need to know if the back of it has the same receiving insert for the lock.

Your lock closely resembles our 82-009A Patio Door Handle Set, and the out side handle appears to be our 82-306 Keyed Exterior Sliding Door Pull. Please take a look at these handles and see how they match to your own parts.
