Our building was built in the 1970s We need to replace the door handle to the balcony. The hole spacing is 3.5" (distance between the two holes) or 9 CM while all the one I could find so far the distance is 3-15/16" or 10CM.

Hey there! Thank you for contacting us. Please check out our 83-002. Compare our measurements to yours too see if that will work. You can find the pricing information on the product web page. The cost for shipping depends on the method you choose. A bit of advice: Please make sure your rollers and tracks are in good working condition, because if they aren't, you will need to tug harder on the handle, and you will risk breaking the new handle.
