Patio Door Handle with Lock

Question

Hello, I'm having a really hard time finding a replacement handle in the Lowe's and Home Depot around me. Do you recognize this type of handle? There aren't any markings or names on it.

This looks like our 82-086 to me. Look over the dimensions and see if you concur.
