Patio Door Handle with internal mechanisms

Question

I am looking for the internal mechanism for this particular patio door handle. That handle is fine and the strike plate, but the locking mechanism inside the handle is broken so I am looking to replace the handle along with the internal mechanisms.

We come across this mortise lock from time to time, but unfortunately, we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair, but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
