Patio Door Handle and Latching Assembly.

A home owner from Owatonna, Minnesota says:
January 27, 2022

The casting broke from almost 4o years of use.

The hole spacing is 4" between the mounting screws, Plus and Minus 2" from the

latching lever.

The wood door is 1 3/4" thick.

Name inside casting is:

SASH CONTROLS INC. DETROIT 20 MICH. 060-1255

Hello,

Your handle set reminds me of the 82-003 with 3-15/16" hole spacing but is meant for 1" thick doors. It may still work for you but you would need to reuse the original thumb latch and installation screws. Take a look and see what you think.

I just called in and ordered 82-003 by phone.

It should arrive in 10 business days.

I will let you know how things turn out, but at least I'll have the outside plates that can't be machined in my shop.
