1. Center to center measurement 6 3/4" handle attatchment holes

2. Handle base 7 1/4 x 1"

3. Catch 1 7/16" from bottom

4. 1986 era

This setup looks a little unusual to me at first glance, and I'm not certain if we have replacements. It comes down to that mortise lock. Remove it from the door and see if it resembles our 82-243. If it does, you can use a handle set like our 82-030, but you'd need to drill new holes to install it. Let me know what you think.
