Looking for replacement patio door inside and outside handles for a 25 year-old door. Not shown is the white trigger to operate the lock.

4" distance between screws, and outside plate attached to outside handle is 8.5" high.

Hello there. Our handle sets with 3-15/16" hole spacing should work as a replacement. Start by looking at our 82-030. Let me know what you think.
