If you could show us photos of your original handle set and confirm if the mounting holes measure 3-15/16" apart, that will help us determine if the 82-030 could work for you. Note that the 82-030 has an adjustable thumb latch that can be installed in the centered or offset position.
Yes the mounting holes are 3 15/16. Here is the photo of my old handles.
