I need a sliding patio door latch based on the following information.
One piece of the latch has Delta Industrial Systems, Miami inscribed on the back.
The second piece of the latch has DNS Industries 11 Outside Pull inscribed on the back. It also has this part number: 45-8403. Also inscribed on the back is 1400 Series. The opening is 7-1/8" and the present latch is 7-1/4". Can you help me?

Those measurements are great, but can I get two more things? I need the distance between the centers of the mounting screw-holes, and I'd like to see a photo of the handle itself.

The distance between the centers of the mounting screw-holes is 6-9/16". Pictures are attached. Thank you.
