Patio Door Latch and Handle

this pushes up at the bottom to release and down at the top to lock not very common the name I have found is RUSCO if that helps the holes center at 5 5/16.. \I hope you can help

This looks a lot like our 82-009A. Can you confirm your hole spacing? See if it might not be 4-15/16" instead.

It is 5 5/16 inches center line ... Your 4inch one might work

In that case, you might have to simply redrill your holes.
