I am looking for a replacement handle for a 48" x 96" sliding patio door. It measures 7" x 1". No making except "R Japan" and "L Japan" on the inside casting. I can send pics if that will help

This is a sliding door latch and handle for a 48" x 96" door.

Thank you, these photos are a huge help. This appears to be a fairly old style handle set, but I'm instantly reminded of our 82-001. This may be what you want but please review the photos below to verify.
