I can't seem to be able to screw The patio door handles together. I thing the screws inside are not working anymore. Is this covered under warranty. If not do you have the handles and what is the cost.

I'm afraid I don't know if this is covered under warranty or not, you would need to contact the original supplier. As for removing this, I'm at a bit of a loss. This isn't a handle set I recognize. Can you show me a picture of the inside handle?

Apologies for the delay in my respons as I was traveling. The door is Patio Door Legance II
Product line 213-K-018
I suppose I need the door handles attached is The inside pic.

Perfect, thanks! Take a look at our 82-081 handle with a key lock. Check to see if the mounting hole spacing of 4-15/16" matches up to yours. Also check the other dimensions to make sure this one will work for you.

Thank you Tom, I noticed that 82-081 does not have a handle outside where the key lock is. Also the direction of the handle is different than mine, is this something that can be dealt with by simple rotation of the handle.

Yes, you should be able to just flip the handle around. I'm afraid we do not have an outside pull in the same style as yours, though if your old one is undamaged you may be able to re-use it.
