I only need the mortise lock and possibly the strike if the hook locations are different.

Hello! Please see our 82-239. I think this may be just what you're looking for. It's not immediately clear if the hooks are in the same spot; if they're off, then they're off by a small amount. The good news is that the 82-239 comes with its own keeper anyway, so it's not a concern.
