Patio Door Lock / Handle Set

Hello,

The patio door in my rental is missing the inside and outside handle / lock set. An employee at Lowe's suggested I contact your company.

I've attached pics showing the mounting holes and their relative dimensions, the latch/hook in the patio door and the striker plate on the patio door frame. Forgive me, I know I've botched the terminology - this is my first residence with a patio door!

Hoping you can identify and sell me what I need! I'm also in the Eastern Time zone. Please feel free to email, call, text...whatever communication method works best for you.

Hi Jim,

It looks like this door requires a latch in an offset position. If I am correct, either the 82-030B Offset Keyed Handle Set or the 82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set should be the one you need. They both have the same installation hole spacing but take a look over each of them, on the website, to determine the best option.

The mortise lock appears to be the 82-218, used along with the 89-021D Diecast Keeper. These are both sold separately.
