Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you write out the installation hole center spacing in the door? We will also need to know the size of the cutout for the lock body. While we can't be certain about the original lock you had, these details may help us narrow down some options.

Please see attached diagram.  Does it help?

Please see the image below. The red lines are the installation holes that we'll need you to measure, from the center of each hole. The blue line depicts the cutout of the lock which we will need to know the length and width for. Additionally, is there an intact keeper we could see?

My apologies for not being clearer!

The screw holes marked in red are 3 3/4" apart.
The dimensions for the hole marked in blue are 3 1/4" H x 3/4" W

Thank you! Take a look at the 82-211 mortise lock and keeper. The keeper that goes with this mortise lock resembles the one you have now but we also have the 82-214B. This one is similar, but goes into the door deeper and this one is used on mostly wood patio doors. I believe you may have the 82-211 but we recommend you review the specifications for each of the mentioned parts and compare them with yours to see what you think.
