I am having trouble finding the correct replacement patio door roller assembly. The Prime Line F tab roller assembly D1509 is the correct size, but the tab is about 1/4" too short to allow the screw connecting the door style to the bottom rail to fit into the mounting hole. Do you know of a different replacement roller with a longer F tab but the same overall configuration?
The reason I specified that the Prime Line D1509 roller assembly fit the patio door with the exception of the length of the F tab is so you would have all the measurements necessary. The hole in the F tab needs to be 1/4 inch higher on the tab.

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I believe the roller you are searching for is the 81-144 Sliding Door Roller Assembly. The Prime Line roller you are referring has a much different housing and the wheel diameter is a bit smaller; the 81-144 has a nylon wheel with a 1-1/2" diameter.
To determine if this is the correct replacement, take a look over the dimensions below and carefully compare them to your existing roller.

Is the height of the roller adjustable? On the current assembly there is what appears to be an adjustment screw, but it does not change the height of the roller. I need a roller assembly with the height adjustment feature.

Yes, this roller is adjustable. As mentioned in the product description, this roller features an adjustable steel housing.
