Patio Door Roller

Looking for this patio door roller - door is probably 30+ years old. The part is stamped with 41781. I looked at your part number 81-004, but I don't think this will work because the adjustment screw on mine is at the top (away from roller), but on 81-004, the adjustment screw is on the bottom. The side holes on my patio door are different sizes - a bigger hole for adjustments and smaller for mounting. The height of my roller is 1 3/8" (not including the wheel), and about 2 3/8" long. I forgot to measure the wheel (before reinstalling it) so I can't easily give that measurement. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Thank you! It does look promising. I did forget to measure the width, but 13/16 looks about right (I can't remeasure yet until my helper is available to help me get the door off). As far as the length, we're good as the door is hollow all along the bottom. On that note - the door is very heavy - do you happen to have a dual roller option with similar dimensions (except length)?
