Patio Door Roller

Question

My customer sent me pictures of this roller but I am having no luck finding it. They say it came out of the sliding glass door. Have you ever seen it or do you have something that would work in it's place? TIA

Unfortunately we are not able to provide a suitable replacement for this style of roller assembly. If the housing is able to be reused, the best we can offer is seeing if you could use one of our wheels and axles to switch out the wheel only.
