NOTE; THE ANCHOR TAB IS LEVEL WITH THE TOP OF THE ROLLER FRAME

Thanks for posting. The closest we have is the 81-256, though you'll note the screw tab is bent at a different angle. You will need to bend tab to fit your door screw way. Would that work for you?
