I have not been able to find any part number or manufacture marking on the current roller assembly. The pictures provided include the dimensions.
The roller assembly has a nylon/plastic single wheel that is 1-1/8" diameter.

Thanks for reaching out! This patio door roller was discontinued quite some time ago, unfortunately. The good news is we have a solution I believe could work for your repairs.

We suggest reusing the existing housing and swapping out the old wheel with a new replacement. You'll need the 81-228 1-1/4" dia Nylon Concave BB Wheel and the 81-310 Roller Axle Repair Kit to complete the repair.

Thanks for the help! I had worried that the part was discontinued; I had done a lot of looking around and bought 8 similar housing assemblies to try to get them to work with no luck. I also tried replacing the wheel only with a similar kit I got from a big box store, but the thickness of the wheel was too large for the housing. I'll give this a shot, thanks!

I'm happy to help! Here are the dimensions for the wheel so that you can compare them to confirm that this is the correct replacement. I've also included the dimensions for the 81-228 1-1/4" dia Nylon Concave BB Wheel.
