I have tandem 1-1/2" concave rollers. Problem: bearings becoming rusted out in 6 months. Track getting dirty and damp. I have 4 dogs that constantly come in and out 6-8 times a day.

I'm afraid I don't know of anything available on the market that you could install on the door to brush away the dirt as you operate the door. We do have a stainless steel roller assembly that might match your roller assembly dimensions. Look at our 81-181 and compare it to your own hardware to see if they line up.
