I had a customer bring this in to me & I haven't been able to locate it with any of the companies I order from. Customer did not have the door manufacturer's info. I included pictures against the tape for dimensions.

Take a look at our 23-028 Mirror Door Roller. This has a concave wheel. Look it over and see if you think you could use this as a replacement.
