Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement for this patio door roller. You could consider trying to modify one of the two options we've related for you but keep in mind that the 81-250 has a 1-1/8" wheel, which you may be able to compensate for by adjusting the height of the roller. We also have the 81-123 roller, but the adjustment screw is in a difference position that what is shown in your photo.
