Patio Door Rollers...seems straight forward, but these are unique

A handy person from Arrowsic, ME says:
Hello, I'm trying to replace the rollers for the sliding glass door that came with the house we just bought. That said, they say "Truth 31761A" on them...which should be easy to match. (I even found an old post where you directed someone to a matching part). However, in this particular instance, you can see that the mounting "ears" are bent in a "Z" pattern which gives this roller a taller mounting height (when viewed as the rollers pretending from the bottom of the door).

Any ideas on where to find a replacement? Any idea if it's possible to disassemble these and simply replace the rollers? (Worst case).

Thanks!
