Patio Door Seal and Latch

Hello,

We want to replace the seal and latch mechanism on our patio door. We are having trouble identifying it, but did locate an etching on the glass corners.
Etching reads:
CTG Tempered
16 CFR 1201 II
SGCC 1804 I/8U

Can you help identify and let me know if you offer equivalent replacement parts?

The mortise lock looks like our 82-226. If by seal you mean weatherseal, we'll need you to remove a sample and show us its end profile. See the video below for clarification.
