Unfortunately, I do not recognize the patio door latch in your photos. If you could show us the lock assembly that the latch engages with, that would help us confirm if we carry anything that might work for your repair. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not carry a standalone latch that would be compatible with the mortise lock in your photos that resembles our 82-239. We do offer complete handle sets such as the 82-030 that are often used with this mortise lock assembly but I'm not sure if you'd be able to adapt something like this to work for your door. Take a look and see what you think.
