Patio Door Weather Stripping

Question

I have an 8 foot Caradco sliding patio door and I need new weatherstripping for the door by the bottom sill. I am having the hardest time finding exactly what to order. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is the info engraved on the corner of the window.
