Patio Door handle

The handle was loose. My husband and I tried to fix it and didn't do a good job. The screws became bent and my handyman says the white handle screw holes have been stripped. I need a new handle, complete with screws. The locking mechanism is still in place and does work. I'm afraid I do not know the manufacturer of our door so I don't know what to buy for a replacement. My local lumberyard said to contact you for help. Thanks.
