Patio Door handle replacement

Have no idea of the manufacturer of the patio door but we need a replacement handle inside and out

I'm afraid I don't recognize this handle. Before I recommend anything, can you please show me a photo of the exterior handle and the mortise lock that it interacts with? Can you also tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center?
