Request assistance in locating and purchasing a door handle for my Patio Door. I contacted MI Windows about my lifetime warranty but unfortunately, the product has been discontinued and they recommended that I reach out to you.
I have attached the pictures of the handle where the tab to attach the handle cracked making it unusable. Please let me know what I need to do to get it repaired or replaced.

Thanks for writing in! Your patio door handle set looks like it could be our 82-080. This mortise style handle set has an installation measurement of 4-15/16". The keyed version of this set is part 82-081.
To determine if this is the right fit for your door, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your handles.
