It's very difficult to say exactly what you need without seeing the original hardware. Now, it does look like this door possibly used a handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing, in which case you could use a handle set like the 82-030. But the mortise lock within the door is even trickier to determine, since that hole looks like there was originally a piece within it that actually held the mortise lock in place. I suspect you needed something like our 82-218, but it's not going to work with this door without finding a way to find a frame piece that can hold it. Ultimately, you may need to contact a local professional to see if they can furbish a solution for you. I apologize we can't be of more help, and good luck with the repair.
