Thanks for posting. This looks like the 82-082 Surface Mount Handle Set. I am afraid that thumb lever is not sold separately--our supplier gives us this handle set prefurbished as is, and since it's an older design spare accessories are hard to come by. The best we can offer is a new 82-082. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have further questions.
