Patio Door lock replacement

I need to replace a Mortise lock on our patio door. The Swisco Product Code 82-226, Mortise Lock 4-5/8" is what I need. My question is to match this lock assembly up with the correct sized interior and exterior handles.

Hello there. The 82-226 works with handle sets that have 3-15/16" hole spacing. The 82-030, 82-020, 82-032 and 82-033 are all examples of handle sets that will work with this mortise lock. It's just a question of what style you prefer. Let us know if you have further questions.
