Patio Door replacement for broken lock handle

Handy Person from Altoona, WI

Trying to fix a patio door lock set. It is separate from the door handle.

A/W stamped in the keyhole cover with numbers 71258-3 and S2573553 and W2573554 it is attached with door screws through the latch dadoed into the door edge.

The latch in the door has the numbers 2573558 and 7700-14 and the A/W stamped into the metal.

The turn lever is broken at the latch key/bar joint.

The catch in the wall frame has a swing out part 7700-18 and 7700-19 and an attached part 7700-16. The wall latch cover has a protruding release pin toward the door and the number 7700-17 and a side number 2573562 by the A/W stamp

Hello! Please see our 82-037 Andersen mortise lock assembly, as well as our 82-043 Andersen thumb lever. I believe these are the parts you're looking for, but check them out and see what you think.

Yes, That appears to be exactly what I need for this person's door latch repair. Please send ordering instructions for all of these parts: The Anderson reachout deadlock assembly, 2-panel 82-037, and the Anderson TRibeca Thumb latch replacement 82-043.

Thank you,

Gary
