Patio Enclosures Sunroom Operator

Hi! We have an aluminum frame sunroom with two crank out awning windows. Sunroom installed in 1990s by Patio Enclosures in Buffalo NY area. One of the crank windows cranks open but not closed as inner parts probably stripped (crank itself is fine). Do you deal with sunroom window parts? We are frustrated because Patio Enclosures no longer carries these windows or any parts for them. I am VERY impressed with your website & how you do business. I hope your company can help us with parts for the aluminum crank window mechanism so we can repair it & save $$$. If so, you'll have a customer for life.
