Patio French door

I am in need of this operating mechanism. It is out of a Quaker brand of french patio door. It has the multipoint locking feature when you raise the operating handle up. The only numbers on the exterior of the mechanism can be seen in the picture

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say that we do not carry replacement hardware for French doors. The mortise locks we do carry would not be compatible with the multi-point lock you are searching for. Your best bet would be to contact the manufacturer, if they are still in business or visit a local hardware store that specializes in French door hardware replacements.
