Heard a snap when closing the door. Removed the Double Wheel Roller. The end of the roller extension with hole fell off roller assembly. Sorry didn't get the requested dimensions. I noticed the extension next to the hole has a round insignia with X. I believe the hole to hole dimension is 6 3/4 ".

The hole to hole is 5 3/4" not 6 3/4"

If the screw holes are 5-3/4" apart, take a look at the 81-018 tandem roller assembly. Review the specifications below to confirm a good fit and let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting!
