Patio Glass Door Replacement Locking Handle

Hi my name is Themis and I need a locking handle like the two images shown above.
This locking handle is from the original patio door I bought in 1996 from Home Depot.
Kindly please let me know if you have one.

I think we can replace this, but before we recommend anything I'd like a bit more detail. Can you just tell me the distance between the installation holes, center-to-center? That will hel pus find the best match.

Hi Tom, the distance between the installation holes is 3 14/16.
