This doesn't look like our 81-083 roller. What you have seems closer to our 81-250, though you should review the dimensions we show on its store page to be sure.

As for double versus single wheels, it can sometimes be a good idea for heavier doors but it won't necessarily always make opening it any easier. Plus it can sometimes be a tall order to find something that matches the roller already in the door, let alone a different style that works the same way. More often than not I recommend just sticking with what you have.
